Coaching Engagements
Because coaching is not a quick-fix endeavor, the coaching engagements are designed to go deep, garner value for you as the client, and measure results over time.
For this reason, the engagement begins with a six-month commitment.
However, the contracted engagement may be extended beyond six months depending upon the scope of the engagement.
Based in France, I currently work with English-speaking clients on UTC+1 time.
Engagement Options
Six Month Engagement - Individual
According to a schedule of frequency and flexibility that works best for you, we’ll work together weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for 30 minutes to 60 minutes per session.
We’ll begin with a 2-hr Foundation Session where we will explore the ecosystems and contexts within which you live and work. This helps us to establish trust and safety within our coaching relationship.
This Foundation Session is completely confidential, as are all of our sessions.
You’ll have support between sessions, meaning that if you have an important need for an unscheduled session, I’ll do my best to accommodate that need for you.
Team/Group Coaching and Retreats
These sessions vary in length and scope depending on the size of the team or group. They can include one-on-one coaching for each team/group member, coaching in a group, and other activities specifically designed to achieve the goals of the team/group and the organization.
The sessions can be conducted via videoconferencing, on-site, or off-site. Please contact me to discuss details.

Engagement for an individual client:
9700 for six months
or 1750 per month for six months in instalments
Engagements are invoiced and paid in full before the start of the first coaching session. Monthly instalments are automatically billed at the beginning of the month prior to the first session of that month.
Instalments due according to corporate budget cycles are also possible.
Session scheduling is then available via a private link.

The typical duration of a coaching session is usually one hour. However, depending upon the nature of the challenge you are working on, the session may end in 30 minutes or extend up to 90 minutes.
Sessions can be held by phone, videoconference, or in person. For in-person sessions, travel expenses are billed separately.
-
As a coaching client, you will receive the most value from our time together by being coachable. Recognizing that you have room to improve and being willing to explore those growth opportunities are critical to the success of the engagement.
Additionally, it’s crucial to dedicate the scheduled session time only to the coaching session. We can always reschedule if needed.
Finally, showing up ready to work, having thought beforehand about what you intend to work on in the session, as well as what you expect to achieve from the session, ensures that you leave the session feeling that our time together is time well spent.

I appreciate her empathetic and welcoming manner -- she's quick to laugh and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I highly recommend Kia as a coach and sounding board.
